My tips for bets on American Idol?

Chris has performed well consistently on all the shows, though isn't particularly great value at the moment. I personally don't think Taylor is going to win, and when the competition gets down to the business end, expect some harsh down to earth criticism of Taylor from Simon.
Taylor does offer American Idol something different, but he is simply not a winner of American Idol this year and at his current odds, I wouldn't go near him. Ace seems to have fallen out of favor with the bookies lately, and his odds of winning American Idol have gone out in recent days. I personally think he represents good value at the moment, and if he can keep his song choice a little more main stream, (a couple of his recent songs have stretched the US audience, with songs from the UK artist Daniel Bedingfield, and Michael Jackson), he should have a greta chance of making the final 3 and getting a result. He reminds me of the 1st winner of the UK American Idol, Will Young, who has gone on to have a successful career after Idol.
Katherine is also short priced, and I don't expect the odds to change much for her over the coming episodes of American Idol. Talented she certainly is, but there is a more likely winner out there.
Elliot is good value, and his odds of winning American Idol have shortened recently. Insiders in the industry have heard of some large bets going on in recent days. Simon's a big fan, and if he could get rid of the 'Julius Ceasar' bowl haircut, he could be in with a chance. He carries himself well on stage, and comes across as a real gentleman. I expect him to get down to the final 4 of American Idol, and anticipate Simon and his fellow American Idol judges getting behind him, which may just sway (no pun intended) the US audience. He has without doubt the best recording voice on American Idol and his odds will shorten to reflect this as the competition nears its end. Get on him if you can.
Kellie is representing great value this week, and her odds of winning American Idol represent good value. Despite drawing similarities to last years contestants, I think she could possibly sneak up on the inside and is my outsiders tip to win American Idol 5. Great odds and great value, get on it if you can.
